Could Be Very Fast
OK, I know tyres are essential when you want to be in full control of your car. Especially if that car is very fast. But I don’t have any clue why this old car is equipped with such a new tyres. Is this some before-crisis thing - if you don’t have a smart reason to spend yor money, you spend it on whatever comes first.
Come back tomorrow because you will see this car from a different angle which will put even more question marks for the tyres.

Here’s something from now finally gone winter. Water and frost on the banks of a small river generates something really nice. Next few days something more from this day. When the snow outside is gone it doesn’t seem that bad anymore. :)

Yes, I know that March actually is the first month of spring but today it doesn’t seem so. After two days of the sun shining it is snowing again. Anyway, I will post some pictures from the last days to get the feeling of spring coming. Can’t wait, can’t wait…
By the way, I have started a new project Famous Latvia. There you can find all the places and things Latvia can be proud of. I hope many more are still coming there.
And also I am thinking about changing the format of this site, but haven’t yet decided about the new format.
Winter Time
Some days it was snowing a lot. Snow is known for being beautiful. But for some people it means fitness. For example, for me it is half an hour of hard work to make my courtyard clean. Of course, nothing can be compared to the end of last year’s end of November snow storm when it took me an hour to dig my way out…

I was lucky. I was for 2 weeks in the place where it is +20 Celsius and where sun shines. Now I am back here where grey season still continues. Can’t wait for the spring. I hope this year it comes early!

Guess what! I am back! Something has changed. I have quit my job, I have been on a great vacation. And since I am now working for myself only (if not mentioning my customers, of course), I will have more time to work on this blog.
So starting from now here will be a lot of new pictures from Latvia again. Let’s restart the thing with my personal best winter photo from Vidzeme stony beach. Enjoy!
Farewell To Colors
It is raining here for some days. And it is rather cold already. It means that soon we will have trees with no leaves and everything will look grey. I will have to find something interesting and good looking to pay attention during winter time.
And now something IMPORTANT! I am looking for some more photographers to improve the quality and quantity of photos in this site. The photographer who would like to post on this site has to have:
- Ability to make good photos of Latvia;
- Ability to describe the photos using mighty English language.

Can you imagine a real cat sitting on the roof and being shitted on by birds? No, of course. I think that a real cat, if it sees this one, thinks about it being a disgrace of all cats.

Riga has some nice squares in the Old Town, especially in summer when they are filled with outdoor cafes. Interesting thing about these squares is that they are not very old. They appeared after the wars when the houses were bombed. But now they feel very much like the part of Old Riga. Like they always were there.
