For example, this is some kind of installation for the fishermen nets. The Old Port Of Liepaja

The picture is taken from the window of Promenade Hotel in the Old Port of Liepāja. Not much ship movement is going on in the port. Some years ago the shore along the Trade Canal was not a very nice place, now it is really beautiful, especially at night!
