20 years ago this day photographers gathered and made photos of Latvian daily life. Now, after 20 years we are repeating it. I will be back later this evening, to show you if I had made something useful today.
Rabbits

There is some place near Cesis in Vidzeme where they grow rabbits for multiple purpuses, I don’t know exactly which. Well, I don’t care really. A year ago, they say that there were lots more than now, you could even step on them. Well, now there are some 30 rabbits jumping around and having fun. There are some of them on the photo.
And the place where they are is called Zakisi farm. Find it on the map!
Moving Sea

Saturday was so dark that I could make photos of moving water even before sunset.
In Latvia there are not so many places where you can shoot the sea moving, because most of our beaches are sandy and that makes moving some kind of boring. But there are some stony beaches where you can do it better way. Here is my work from Saturday.
Rundale Palace

Guess what! Another picture today. This time from Rundale Palace, the most magnificant palace in Latvia. As many of the Latvian palaces and manors, also this one has been used for unimaginable functions. War hospital, school, warehouse. And finally - a museum. There is still lot of things to do to make this place splendid, but you can see great deal of past glory even now!

Setting down

And since it is the first day of my blog, I will post two photos today. This one is sunset from this summer. Taken at the stony beach of Vidzeme, one of the best places here in Latvia.
Autumn is coming

Summer this year has been really terrible. It was some hot days in May, then it was cold June, followed by some summer days in July, then it was August which has changed to autumn. Well, at least now we will have great skies, windy sea, yellow and red leaves and other great things looking good on pictures!
